Our Mission

Our Vision

Our Values

ORMHGP Association elevates and strengthens the community of Mental Health Group Practices in Oregon.

ORMHGP Association intends to make impactful change in Mental Health Services in the State of Oregon by building camaraderie and solidarity amongst group practices. We strive to create a supportive and collaborative professional network to support each practice rather than compete.

  • Increase and Ease Access to Mental Health Services.

  • Community & Collaboration. Helping each other thrive.

  • Equity: We take a posture together that intentionally honors the unique journeys of one another in this field. We make space for and empower one another; we hold accountability for our impact; we prioritize collective consideration.

  • Communication: We pursue an active role in engaging with one another that is uplifting, accountable, and empowering, dialoguing with respect, truthfulness, and with room for diverse perspectives. We work to accept and understand each unique perspective; there is not one truth. We assume each person is doing their best and giving the most accurate information they have.

  • Solidarity: We work and support one another as we forge ahead together, deferring and accounting for those impacted with less resources, access, and opportunity.

  • Relationships: We actively work to connect, humanize, and act in genuine partnership together through authentic engagement that in turn supports practices, clinicians, and client care.

Oregon Mental Health Job Fair

322 NW 6th Ave Portland, OR 97209-3662

April 4th 2025 1pm-5pm

1-2pm: Panel discussing “Choosing the Best Workplace for You”
2-5pm: Group Practice tables will open

We are a community of small, growing mental health group practices offering clinical services in Oregon. Our goal is to build camaraderie and solidarity among our field to support each other. We value collaboration, connection, and communication. We gather as a community together, not competitors.

The demand for therapy has spiked during these difficult times, and we want clients and clinicians to be able to find their best fits among our practices. We want clients to get the care best suited to the things they are seeking support on, and we want clinicians to feel empowered and purposeful in their work. As a collective, that means being in communication with each other, referring to one another, and knowing who has availability when so many therapists are full.

This event is specifically geared towards clinicians interested in learning more about what it's like to work for a group practice, and for those looking to join one. The participating practices are all looking to hire the next member of their team! If you are a candidate and are interested in learning more about each practice, check out our ‘participating practices’ page, and then come join us!

Each practice will have a table where you can meet them, connect, and even set up next steps together.
